1. VictoryVPN Service
VictoryVPN Services are transitory digital network communications services, which enhance internet security and privacy. We do not condone any unlawful use of the VictoryVPN Services. VictoryVPN Services shall not be used for any criminal, illicit and illegal acts, and you accept and agree not to violate any law of any jurisdiction that you are originating from and any other applicable law. It is your responsibility to know and comprehend any and all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction or venue that concerns you, your actions and your use of VictoryVPN Services.
VictoryVPN allows a variable amount simultaneous connections per account. That includes proxy connections, and each of them counts as a separate slot check your service details for amount of connections allowed.
2. No-logs Policy
Victory guarantees a strict no-logs policy for VictoryVPN Services, meaning that the VictoryVPN Service is provided by an automated process, and your activities while using it are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored or passed to any third party. We do not store connection timestamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses or other data. However, to limit the number of simultaneous sessions of an active user, an algorithm keeps their username and the timestamp of the last session status while the session is active. This data is wiped within 15 minutes after the session is terminated.
3. Use of VictoryVPN account and passwords
The VictoryVPN application for any platform or operating system supported by VictoryVPN can be downloaded free of charge. Users will have to purchase a paid subscription from Victory to connect to the VictoryVPN Services, except in the case of a limited free trial or certain coupon offers.
You are required to create a user account to use the Services. If you choose to create a user account, you must provide some basic information, specifically: valid email address – to send the VictoryVPN communication, to retrieve a lost password and to make a VPN connection; payment information – we process basic billing information through our payment processing partners for payment processing and refund requests. You must maintain and update this information current, truthful, complete, and accurate. You warrant that you are authorized to provide such information. You authorize us to verify your information at any time. If it is found to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to the Services.
4. Third-party software
As part of the VictoryVPN Services, we may, from time to time, include computer software supplied by third parties, which is utilized by permission of the respective licensors and/or copyright holders on the terms provided by such parties. Victory expressly disclaims any warranty or other assurance to you regarding such third-party software.
Offer Terms
All our paid services are subscribed on a service period basis. The length of your first subscription term depends on your purchase selection. Please note that your chosen offer term may change after the initial subscription term (provided in the offer or notified to you separately).
If the offer includes a discount off the total price clients typically pay for the initial subscription of the selected term, the discount is subject to changes at the end of the initial subscription term.

Subscription and Automatic Renewal Terms
After the end of your initial plan, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and you will be charged the then-current price of the service.
For monthly plans: your chosen payment method will be charged at least 5 days before the next period begins unless you decide to cancel your automatic payments for the services before the new charge is made.
For other plans: your chosen payment method will be charged at least 14 days before the next period begins unless you decide to cancel your automatic payments for the services before the new charge is made.
Price Terms
All prices, including recurring subscription fees, are subject to change. Any changes in pricing will be provided in the initial offer or communicated to you in advance.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so within 30 days following your purchase of our services.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Victory account, iTunes/App Store, or Google Play Store. Canceled accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.
